Prince Daniels Jr. continued the interview.

His advice to others suffering,

1. “Take time to diagnose the problem, but not too long. Meditate. Be mindful of yourself and what you do as a person. Once you learn yourself, you are more mindful as to how you treat others. Eventually you will see yourself within him or her.

2. Talk to yourself and put together a plan of action. Close your eyes (meditate) and really focus on what you would like to see for yourself. Believe that your dreams can and will come true!

3. Start working towards your vision. If you don’t know how, hint: use your imagination. Albert Einstein mentioned it.”

His closing words, “We the people of today’s society are so concerned about what is happening to us externally that we negate the malfunction of our internal affairs and problems. We all live on this ONE planet called Earth and we have to be able to co-exist and help one another evolve. We have stopped communicating with one another based upon perception of differences. We must ask ourselves what is it that we are doing to collectively contribute to normalizing this worldly chaos?

I can’t urge people more to meditate. Meditating helps us in so many ways. Closing your eyes is cost efficient, meaning it won’t cost you anything to close yours eyes and adore your mind, thoughts and your heart."

I do believe I am a leader. I am someone who has pushed through barriers, who others look up to and I am someone passionate about changing the world in a positive manner. Today, I believe my forum for this is through my venue of art.

I'm working diligently in school to gain the credentials to enable my legacy of positive change. I want to touch others through the healing powers of creativity. I am being educated to serve others in counseling, and to then further my education in art therapy.

I believe this is my soul work.

Whatever your soul work is, follow it. Whatever it takes, do it. Lead a life that is authentic and this will create the vibration that harmonizes with the world!

What is your life purpose? Are you making the changes necessary to align with it?

I was a person who didn't want kids. I liked them from a far. I was on birth control and married for several years when I went to the dentist and was put on antibiotics for a root canal. Little did I know that this medicine would trump my birth control and soon my life would change and for the better.

My son was only a few months old when I wanted another. I think I got pregnant on the first try. I really wanted 2 so they would have the company of each other. Their lives have motivated me to reach levels of success I probably would have never attempted without them. I worry each and every day but I know at this point in their teens they have minds of their own. I have to continue to loosen my grip little by little as they mature and become more responsible. Soon they won't be looking back as they march off to college.

Parenting reaps the worst and best of times, I couldn't imagine my life without them nor would I want to! What are your thoughts about kids? Do they fit in your life? Leave me a comment.
