Raw state of being, continued...

I am a straightforward and honest person. Many who know me might say I am blunt because I cut to the chase and share what is on my mind. I don’t like to sugar coat things although I do choose my words carefully and I try to pick my battles. I feel it is a waste of time to humor someone who is blowing smoke when this smoke is detrimental to me.

I am the mother in a blended family (with 4 teens). I am self-employed (both me and my fiancĂ©), with businesses we are both working to grow. And, to top it off, I’m back to school in career transition. When I think of all of the energy swirling around in my world, it can be intimidating. Although, my past has consisted of many humbling and raw moments, and because of this, I can appreciate my life today. I love my kids and my fiancĂ©. I feel like I’m at the brink of something very big in my career and I’m sure this path will lead to success.

I can’t complain. I credit this to the broken states I’ve suffered in the past. I truly believe you will not find core happiness on a track that doesn’t align with your soul purpose. And, if you are not on this proper path, the universe will break you down leaving you in this raw state enabling a “do over” time and time again until you get it right.

Have you gotten it right or are you getting ready for a do over? Leave me a note and let’s talk about it!

It doesn't surprise me that Caryn and I have somehow crossed paths. I believe like-minded souls attract. This universal process works beautifully when you are generating good vibes such as those emulating from both Caryn and myself. Both of us, like many others, have shifted our priorities and living devoting our efforts into living with good intention, connecting spiritually and reaching out to others to help them find the peace and happiness we are experiencing.

I'm excited Caryn has been able to offer inspiration and empowerment through her newest book (being released today), Living the Life of My Dreams: Essays & Interviews with 30 Ordinary People Living EXTRAordinary Lives.

Click here to take a look at Caryn's blog, Embracing my Journey.com where you can interface with her and learn more about her work. If you're not embracing spirituality, I encourage you to step out of the rush of everyday life and tap into nature and prayer/meditation. It is a door worth opening. It is my wish everyone finds their way to such fulfilling inner peace. God bless you on your journey!

I connected with Caryn Fitzgerald through a report connection call out she posted for inspirational stories. She works daily to embrace positivity and to offer inspiration through her blog, website and life coaching focus. I believe our paths have overlapped with intention as our purpose is very similar. My focus is also to inspire and help others struggling with the demons of every day life.

In the short time we've interfaced, I have virtually felt the kindness of her heart. Her words are sincere and warm. She has triumphed through much hardship and because of her battles, she is a much more compassionate and wise person. Caryn could have withdrawn from the world but instead she has opened herself by reaching out to others. She makes each decision taking ownership of her direction and opting to take the higher and most positive path. I'm grateful for our connection and I applaud her work and effort! Visit her website and blog links above and get to know her!

Do you have a story of inspiration to share? If so, drop me or Caryn a note, we would love to hear from you!
