1.    Who or what is God? I believe God is the origin and destination; and he the light intertwined and woven within each and every thread of our lives. God is the creator and his creativity lives within each of us. We tap into the God in us through our creativity. Does a higher power impact the direction of your life? Yes, God is the higher power that I embrace to navigate my life.

2.    What is your soul? My soul is the fingerprint of God that lives as his breath, as the life energy within me. Do you believe in an afterlife? Yes, I believe in a never-ending afterlife with God through Jesus Christ my savior. This belief inspires me to change the world for the better.

3.    What is your spirit? The spirit is an extension of the soul but it is different. The spirit is our connection to the physical. It is affected by our free will and it will soar when we are working to benefit goodness or sink when we are making unhealthy choices. This knowing and action reinforces health and gifts inner fulfillment. And, this fulfillment will validate and it can be used as a measurement for living with passion, in the present moment and on a path of purpose!

My article tonight is really about the power of self-expression. It is about what lights your fire and creates a sparkle in your eye. I'm talking about your soul and how you engage it to manifest celestial glory in your life. I am a very creative soul. Anytime I can tap into this mind, body and spiritual connection by using my imagination and hands to bring to life a work of art, it is therapeutic. Do you believe in past life regression? This is Marilyn Redmond’s explanation of it.

In her words, “Past Life Regression is a form of guided meditation into a deeper consciousness where you connect with your soul. At this level without the fears and qualms of the conscious state, you can explore the circumstances that occurred that still affect this present life. You do not feel the feelings at this level, but can observe them to understand the bigger picture of why the experience happened. The more old issues are released, the closer to healing your soul.

In addition, regression for healing medical conditions is practical. You can talk to your body and ask why you have the condition and what can you do to heal it. One client heard from her body consciousness the most loving ways of what she needed to do to restore her balance for health. She was able to stop her thyroid medications from this information.”

I connected with Liza Bancel through Safehouse, where we both volunteer.

Liza briefly talked about her passion and I found it very interesting. She described, “The work I do is different than counseling. While the person talks, I get a mental sense of what their form is missing. We have conversations of growth, aha moments. It’s a conversation about opposites (good and bad) and opening up to a third way, balance. Chaos is one sided if you don’t know how to balance it. Healing comes as a part of growth. The work I offer supports growing together. I do traditional shamanic journeying and I work with stones and meditation.”

Liza made it very clear to me that she is not a social worker. Her credentials include 40 years of study, prayer and group work.

Liza’s foundation to help others developed early, she explained, “During my childhood, my mom suffered from severe depression, and was often not available to help me with life issues or questions. In about third grade, I stumbled onto Ann Landers, and her newspaper column, which gave me enormous help and guidance for many years to come. I learned the meaning of the adage, we think we need a mother most to love us, but actually we need a mother most to teach us."

I feel like I’ve known Liza for years. This is because she is so warm and welcoming. This is her persona!

It is my hope other women will read this and benefit her services!

It took me hours to find the words "soul sensory" to describe the tool that has and continues to enable the spiritual awakening that I feel is taking place in the transition of my life today. So far, it has been a 2 year process and every day when I open my eyes, I feel a bit closer to all of the pieces coming together and falling into place. I'm on a path that I could have never imagined, it is beyond any of my dreams.

I used to put in long days in the business world without much satisfaction. But today, I can work for hours to put words to my thoughts like, soul sensory, and I'm so fulfilled with the outcome. It empowers me and ignites my spirit. I hopeful my words are not from out in left field and you're able to relate to my thoughts.
